Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped worldwide from our location in New York State, USA, within one business day, Monday through Friday.
Flat Rate Shipping: for orders under $100 costs $8.25.
Free Shipping: In the USA, orders over $100 ship free.
Free Swatch Shipping: Swatches ship free by USPS First Class Mail.
Flat Rate and Free Shipping orders are sent by USPS. Delivery averages between 3-7 days in the continental US. Delivery times to Hawaii and Alaska may take significantly longer.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available in the US for a flat rate of $29.95 and will be send by UPS 2 Day Air.
Returns
Item may be returned for a refund within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: fabric must be unwashed and uncut, and patterns must be unopened and unused.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at info@frankierosefabrics.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receives the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the the issue in your email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
